Our programs offer support to new, emerging, and seasoned leaders with tools to be effective in their leadership role and be successful in overcoming obstacles in the workplace.
This program equips peer leaders with the skills, knowledge, and resources to be successful in their leadership role. It is designed for the new and emerging leader to foster leadership fundamentals and grow healthy teams.
The role of a peer support specialist is an invaluable part of health care and is emerging as an integrative service among many organizations and agencies. For peer staff who have already transitioned into a leadership role or those that may transition into a leadership role, this training program provides a thorough examination of leadership fundamentals and knowledge required to be successful in a leadership position.
It is designed for delivery to a group with custom group sessions and individual peer leader coaching meetings, a pre and post leadership development assessment, and 360 surveys. The length of the program is customized based on agency size and identified needs during a complimentary consultation.

Custom Peer Leadership Training Group Format:
1. Individual Peer Leader Coaching before group sessions start
2. Pre-work before group sessions
3. Educational content delivered during sessions

6. Individual Peer Leadership Coaching
Peer Leadership Assessment: This survey gathers personalized information from the peer leader to help determine individual knowledge gaps and skills to develop through the Leadership Program. The results provide insight for the peer leader and can help to guide their learning and goals as they move through in the leadership program.
Peer Leader 360 Survey: The survey gathers direct and anonymous feedback from the peer leader’s team, supervisor, and other identified team members. This feedback helps to identify skills and/or areas to address through the Leadership Program which the peer leader may not have identified on their personal survey.
Personalized Individual Peer Leader Coaching: Each peer leader will have one individual coaching meeting before the group sessions begin to discuss their needs and goals for their participation in the program. Each Leadership Program includes at least five individual coaching meetings, one at the start, one midway, and three after the last group session. These individual coaching meetings reinforce group learning and address the unique needs of each peer leader. Additional peer coaching meetings are available on an as-needed or scheduled basis.
This service is a results-driven strategic partnership to enhance leadership capabilities, create effective solutions to manage challenges, design effective teams, and improve communication and professional relationships through individual coaching.
Leadership coaching increases the leader’s awareness and promotes behaviors to better navigate the demands of every-day business needs while supporting organizational objectives. This program is curated to the individual needs of each leader and is recommended for either the seasoned or new leader.

There is organizational value for leaders to gain core knowledge and supportive skills to navigate common mental health scenarios in the workplace. In this program, leaders will learn strategies to strengthen mental health at work, develop a supportive environment for conversation around mental health, and create a culture and acceptance and understanding of mental health, common mental health issues, and the impact that mental health issues have on workplace operations and productivity.
Leadership coaching helps the leader grow personally and professionally to guide organizational goals, enhance personal development, and lead with confidence.
